 Three Step Prevention Plan
- Ideal for new construction apartments; condos; townhomes; single-family homes.
- Step one is a full visual examination, pre-gypsum, of entire structure including all substrates, window and door areas (enclosed or open), general care by workers (spills, food, commodes, etc.). Moisture levels are checked throughout units including studs and joists. Humidity level check. All contaminated areas treated on the spot. Fungicide is EPA registered and Green.
- Step Two is a full visual examination, post-gypsum, of entire structure including all walls, sub flooring or floors, window and door areas (enclosed or open), general care by workers (spills, food, commodes, etc.). Moisture levels are checked throughout units. Humidity level check.
- Final inspection and Air Quality sampling. Lab results in 24 hours!
